I can’t really remember so help me out here, is affirmative action the one where they demand that a company hires all black workers? Or is it the one where they demand that a company hires a proportional amount of people of color (20% if I’m not mistaken)??


So please, PLEASE educate me on how having a student body that is 80% white is not fair to white students.
